All damages occurred during the manufacturing process or during shipping will be covered for an EXCHANGE at no cost to our customers.
Due to our very low prices, and free expedited delivery, we can only accept exchanges for products damaged during the delivery or manufacturer's damage. If parts are missing or parts that may be replaced are damage, we will replace them at no cost. No returns may be accepted due to customer's changing their mind on the product, or error in measurements of your bathroom, or any other reasons.
For any damages, please contact us as soon as the damage is discovered to report it. We would require to issue an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) in order to process any exchanges. Please DO NOT ship the return without our issued RMA, it will not be accepted and may be lost or unaccounted for at our shipping center.
